In-store Pick Up
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 12 - 6pm.
Pick up location is our store: 8368 Capstan Way #1308 Richmond, BC.
Orders including raw food and large items must be picked up, and are not eligible for local shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Orders over $150
We offer free standard shipping within Canada, excluding large items (dog beds) & perishable items (raw food), for orders over $150.
Orders will be shipped from our store within 1-3 business days.
Packages will be shipped via Canada Post. We are not responsible for delayed shipping, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after we hand the package to the shipping company.
Orders under $150
We currently do not offer shipping for orders under $150. However, we are working on making this possible in the very near future - stay tuned!
International/US Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
