Refund / Exchange

We offer a full refund or exchange within 12 days of purchase or within 12 days of package being delivered, with a show of proof of purchase.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received, in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached.

Refunds must go onto the same card with which they were purchased.

Final Sale

Items that are purchased on sale, including the use of discount codes are final sale.
No return on food, beds, pet carriers, mats, brushes, shampoos, perfumes, food supplements or sale items

Mailing Your Return
